Age range

We do not collect or store sensitive health data unless you later choose to sign up for coaching through our third-party platform.

2. Payments & Financial Information

We do not store or process payment details on our website or internal systems.

Payments are handled via:

Trainerize (third-party coaching platform)
Stripe (secure payment processor)
BACS bank transfer

If you choose to pay via BACS, we do not store bank account details beyond what is visible on a standard bank statement. All banking information is handled securely by your bank and ours.

3. Marketing & Communication

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unless:

You create an account with us via Trainerize, and
You provide explicit consent

All other communication is limited to service-related responses only.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and only retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil its intended purpose.
