Refund Policy

Coaching Services

Once coaching services have started:

Payments are non-refundable

This includes payments made via Trainerize, Stripe, or BACS

This is due to time, planning, and access to coaching materials.

BACS Payments

For BACS transfers, refunds are not automatic and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

The service has not yet commenced
A payment was made in error and reported to us within 24 hours of the transaction

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original bank account where possible.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment.
