How it Works.
This is not just a weekly workout. It’s structured, personalised coaching designed to help you feel stronger, more energised, and more confident in everyday life. I work with clients across London, delivering 1-to-1 personal training in their homes. Alongside your in-person sessions, you’ll receive a custom training programme delivered through my coaching app, so you know exactly what to do between sessions and continue progressing with confidence. Nutrition support is a core part of the process. We focus on building simple, sustainable eating habits that support your training and energy levels. Where appropriate, we can also introduce calorie tracking to bring clarity and structure — always used as a tool, not a rule. Each week, we review training, nutrition, recovery, and consistency together. This means adjustments are made early, progress stays on track, and nothing is left to guesswork.
